& Flying Faders: Together Again Alhambra, Cal. - Martinsound, the original developer of Flying Faders, will celebrate the end of their 10-year exclusive marketing agreement with AMS Neve by promoting their moving fader automation system for the first time at a U.S. trade show. Martinsound will be showing the Flying Faders system at the AES 107th Convention in New York, September 24-27, 1999 on booth # 257. Martinsound developed the Flying Faders automation system in 1988 and manufacturing began in early 1989, heralding an era of hassle-free mixing. The system immediately proved so popular that 80 systems were shipped in the first 12 months of production. But Flying Faders' revolutionary "Just Mix" approach to automation is as unique and fresh today as it was a decade ago, and it remains the world's most requested fader automation system. Martinsound has organized Flying Faders Technical Training classes around the U.S. and also provides a home for the Flying Faders Users' Group on their website (www.martinsound.com). In addition to enrollment details the website offers a forum for communication among system users and features an archive of newsletters and information bulletins. Media contact:
