Limited Product Warranty This Martinsound product is warranted for 90 days. If this product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of the original purchase date Martinsound will, at its option, repair or replace it free of charge at our facility. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of our product and specifically excludes any and all consequential damages relating to the use of our product. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service. FREE: Extra Protection Martinsound also offers an optional full year of product protection (inclusive of the 90 day limited warranty included with your product purchase). If you take advantage of the offer, and this product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of the original purchase date Martinsound will, at its option, repair or replace it free of charge. To qualify for one year of product protection you must complete this form (or download a registration form) and submit to Martinsound within 90 days from the original purchase date.
